Loved every detail about our great 3 nights stay here. The room was huge and brand-new, we had a cable TV with on-demand movies, TV set and a mini fridge bar. The hotel had an ideal location near Opera.

Fine people.
Impressive and clean affordable hotel. Breakfast with every taste and fresh products, for example. Awesome, stunning location in Northwest district close enough to historical sites, everywhere, near to the train station, and museums and memorials. Also, to the trains.

The location was perfect and the reason we selected this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and we paid extra $40. for it when I booked the room, but when we checked out the price for breakfast went to $52.45? Parking was over $60,
There were any glasses to drink from. First of all the carpet was very dirty and need a good cleaning or replacing, The bathroom did not have any counter space to place things, only the small sink. The shower was low flow, destination charges add to

The location is excellent. The breakfast is not very varied but very good. The breakfast buffet staff is very attentive at all times. The shops in the hall.
The bathroom was a little small.

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, especially the freshly baked croissants. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The atrium view from my room felt a bit uninspiring, and the absence of a magnifying mirror in the bathroom was inconvenient for makeup application. Room service now uses to-go containers, disappointing, though the staff willingly provided a plate and silverware upon request.

Good large hotel and location
No Spanish-speaking TV channels. To be a grand Hyatt you need to modernize the furniture

Excellent location. Clean rooms good. No noise. Large bathroom. Large comfortable beds.
The bathroom still has a curtain, they should replace it with a screen. The shower is fixed.

The room was spacious and clean, and I particularly loved the comfortable king-size bed. The lobby is fine, and there's a Starbucks conveniently located on-site. The staff were friendly, especially Cecilia and Catherine at the front desk. Their helpfulness.
None at all!

I have returned to this hotel, for its spaciousness, service and for its good location, connection to the subway, which makes it easy to move to places further away from the tourist area.
The sound of the faucet in the bathroom when it's being occupied in the next room. A lot of noise and everything vibrating. It was annoying at various times of the day. Maybe it was because I got a corner piece.

room is huge and very comfortable, fact that the subway station is on the same property is unbeatable. conference I attended was less than 100 meters away, so the accommodations were perfect. All the staff are excellent, friendly, respectful and attentive to you.
The price is high. It's worth it, but it's expensive. Breakfast is expensive, so don't eat breakfast at the hotel.

attention at the reception is great. hotel is very well located and is very comfortable and spacious. rooms are large and beds are very comfortable.
When we came back at night we found the room unsorted. The beds had been made but there were pillows on the floor and everything was as we had left it. We go that they entered, they made the beds and they left.
